Los Al Athletics is more than just a gym. It’s a holistic approach to fitness, strength and conditioning to help you move better, play better, feel better and live better. From Crossfit to yoga, weightlifting to endurance training, personal training to nutrition programming, we have a well-rounded program to help you reach any of your goals. And with other strong people around you, you won’t be going through your journey alone. Your classmates become your friends and you encourage each other to exceed your goals.
Aside from working out, this group likes to have fun outside of the gym. We get together at least once a month for events like Girls’ Night, Poker Night, Beach Day, BBQ’s, and more!
