Physical Therapy with Dr Bill Erb

Your first visit includes a 45 minute comprehensive manual/movement based evaluation. From there, you will be given a specialized and specific program to work through at your home or at the gym. Bill will also make recommendations to schedule follow up visits, after your initial assessment, to check for improvement of symptoms, biomechanics and also progress corrective exercises. Your progression will be communicated with the coaches to ensure proper scaling options, if needed, until you are symptom free.
Appointment Times: Nights Regularly, Mornings/Afternoons/Weekends by request
Appointment Lengths: Initial Visit (45 minutes), Follow Up Visits (30 minutes)

Bill Erb is a New York/California State licensed Physical Therapist, who graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from SUNY Buffalo in 2012. Prior to transitioning to the west coast, Bill gained clinical experience in several other settings in the NYC/Long Island area. Previously, he treated CrossFit athletes at his former box, CrossFit Sanctuary on Long Island. He has also had the privilege of working with professional level athletes from multiple sporting backgrounds. His primary goal as an orthopedic based therapist is to help his patients achieve their personal functional goals, as well as move beyond them.
He bases his treatment protocols around manual and functional movement based assessment techniques. Bill has his Level I USAW Sports Performance Coach Certification, along with his Graston M1 Certification and has completed Level I SFMA course. He bases his individualized and comprehensive treatment around manual therapy techniques and corrective, biomechanical based exercises. He has experience working with varied populations, ranging from weekend warriors and CrossFit athletes, to professional athletes in all of the major sports.
