Los Al Shred is our high-intensity endurance training program. The class focuses on improving speed, agility, strength, and metabolic conditioning, with no barbell work or fancy skills. If you’re looking to improve your endurance, be faster, or get leaner, this program is for you.

The program often includes movements like running, jumping, kettle bell swings, bodyweight movements, agility drills, and core work. We frequently measure program with endurance, speed, and strength tests.
