Yoga for Athletes

Program_YogaLos Al Athletics Yoga is a Vinyasa-style practice tailored specifically to CrossFitters, weightlifters, and endurance athletes. This 60-minute yoga class is designed to help enhance your athletic performance by improving your stamina, strength, balance, mobility, and mental focus. Integrating yoga with your training will help prepare your body for the demands of this sport, help you sustain tough training sessions, and help you recover from the physical and mental stressors of CrossFit and weightlifting. All levels welcome.
